- Builds and maintains links with local employers
- Matches the needs of employers against registered job ready clients
- Help employers to access State employment incentives
- Facilitates the recruitment process between employers and jobseekers.
- Provides essential post-recruitment service and support
- Monitors local labour market trends and helps to identify training needs.
